House Number 45.

Humanity is caring and helping others whenever and wherever possible, it is an aspect that is important in business simply because when the people who work for you feel Humanity is important to your business, they will not only treat others in your organization or institution with more care, but they will also do the same for your customers. With such a human-centered focus, they will feel empowered to deliver extraordinary customer service, internally and externally.

Businesses are run by people, to serve people. You cannot ask those who work for you to do something you are unwilling to do yourself. It is up to you to set a standard of behavior. Culture is simply a shared way of doing something with passion, if you break the culture, you break the machine that creates your products.

Art is a human act, a generous contribution, something that might not work, and is intended to change the recipient for the better, often causing a connection to happen.

This house taught us Humanity can co-exist with business, this house gave us a passion to prevent homelessness and a chance to start our food campaigns in my community.

  • House 45 is where someone took a chance on us seven years ago and, we started our apprenticeship.
  • House 45 taught us about struggles and Humility.
  • House 45 is the first house we fell in love with

You are not defined by your circumstances. You are defined by how you react to those circumstances.

Virtue is the key to long-term, sustainable success.

You will never be a leader if you see others only as stepping stones to get ahead. If you are a founder or you are in a leadership role at your company, every action you do gives a cue to your teammates about what the company’s values are Chuks Uwaechia.
