Kent Housing provides a complete range of services to property investors and Landlords customers in Kent including planned maintenance. We undertake repairs, gardening services, refurbishment, new works, emergency response and planned maintenance in order to keep your business premises functioning effectively at all times. We can provide 24 hour (365 days) services in both occupied and unoccupied premises during times to suit you, including evenings and weekends, and all work complies with health and safety regulations. Larger works can be Estimated/Fixed Price with supervision by a quality control/project manager providing regular updates. We work to a good standard and Gas Safe standards to meet all safety regulations. We always ensure minimum disruption and that we leave your premises clean and tidy following our visit.

Kent Housing team of Kent electricians are NICEIC registered and carry out all types of domestic electrical work – from a new plug socket to a complete, or partial, rewiring of your property professionally and efficiently. We have a 24 hour service to deal with any problem which may arise and undertake electrical test inspections, diagnostics and fault finding on electrical systems. Larger works are supervised by a quality control manager providing regular updates. Any work on your electrical system must be undertaken by a qualified electrician and all of our work is to British Standard BS 7671 (IEE) standards to meet safety regulations. We always ensure minimum disruption and that we leave your premises clean and tidy following our visit.
