"STREET TO CHAMP." - FEMILEE OLAWUYI

Growing up, I was always interested in sports and fitness, and I had a particular love for boxing.

I used to attend boxing training regularly, and I enjoyed every bit of it until an unfortunate incident happened during one of the sessions.

One of the boys accidentally blew my friend in the eye during the training, and it left me feeling scared and vulnerable.

I realized that there was no protection for us during the training because there were no gloves available.

This incident made me walk away from boxing training, and I thought that was the end of my boxing journey.

However, I recently discovered that there is a brand called Gloves For Africa , who are dedicated to providing gloves for African children who love boxing.

Gloves For Africa has always had the interest of African children at heart, and they are coming to Nigeria for an exhibition titled

“STREET TO CHAMP.”

As the video content creator for the event, I am excited to be a part of this initiative, which aims to inspire young Nigerians to pursue their dreams of becoming boxing champions.

The exhibition is happening live in Lagos, Victoria Island on the 30th of April.

It is a fantastic opportunity to witness young boxers showcasing their skills and to learn more about the importance of safety and protection in sports.

I am thrilled to be a part of this event and to have the opportunity to share my story with you.

I shall share stories about the event with you all soon as possible.
